Summary: Stayed here to attend a concert in Edmonton. Booked this hotel specifically because it offered breakfast that was according to the site, served till 10am daily. When we went down this morning at 9:30 we were refused service. Super disappointed. Definitely won’t return.

Summary: I stayed at this hotel with my two children for a sporting event. When we arrived homeless people were hanging out around the entrance intoxicated. The hotel took a $300 deposit which doesn’t get returned for 5 business days after check out. The room was in rough shape, curtain rods falling down, broken toilet seat, the drawers on the tv stand hang open and won’t stay closed and the walls in the bathroom had brown liquid splashed on them. The kids went down to the pool which had bubbles all over the top and they came back to the room shortly after because the smell of chlorine was burning there throat. It clearly had to much chemicals added. Breakfast and staff were good!
